This work sits at the point where delivery, money, and decisions meet.
I support founders and leadership teams where the business has grown, but the systems behind the scenes haven’t fully caught up. Revenue is coming in, the team is busy, yet things feel heavier than they should, and too much still relies on you.
The focus is on bringing clarity to how the business actually runs: what’s working, what’s fragile, and what needs to change to support the next stage. That might involve stabilising delivery, improving financial visibility, or putting structure around decisions that currently sit with one person.
The work adapts to the business in front of me, always with the same aim:
